Sorry for making Sasuke&Naruto thread 1,000,001
Ok, I made a similar thread like this yesterday on Sakura and it's also inspired by the "Naruto should have learned new jutsus." thread.
Ok, we'll start with physicals. In the chapter where Naruto leaves I would of had jiraiya give him weights for his legs like lee to increase his speed but also forearm weights to increase his strength and striking speed. We'd see him take them off during the bell test with kakashi. Lee is a year older than Naruto so he had his weights on for probably 2 years Naruto will have them for two and a half.
Next, I would of had him master the one handed rasengan and he'd already have two chakra natures: wind and i've always been a fan of naruto having water. I say this because kishi played up the whole wind helps fire thing so he get's water because it compliments lightning. So Naruto's and Sasuke's natures compliment and counter each other. Also because of the whirlpool thing with the uzumaki's
Also Jiraiya would of told Naruto about the shadow clone thing during his training
Naruto would also have learned some of Jiraiya's toad and hair techniques, this is all the jutsu I would of given him.

Now that I think about it Sasuke could of been stronger as well if kishi didn't ignore the sharingan's copy ability, This is how I would of done Sasuke.
Same as with Lee and Naruto he'd have weights on and he'd take them off right before his confrontation with Oro.
He'd become skilled enough to turn his chidori into raikiri, and he would master his fire and lightning natures with sharingan.
As for taijusu and kenjutsu I have an idea. Oro uses edo tensei to bring kimimaro back to life to teach Sasuke. Edo tensei's never disappear and Kimimaro would be glad to do it. Sasuke would copy all his movements and skills with his sharingan like he did Lee. Obviously none of the moves that require bone protrusions.(Rock lee said he was a master at taijutsu and wasted no movements)
