Title says it all.
The kage body guards include: Darui, Temari, Shee, Kankuro, Kurotsuchi, Akatsuchi, Fu, Torune, Ao and Choujuro.
Your list should be based on their individual power. This isn't a team based ranking.

I would say Darui first because of skill in CQC and distance fighting. In addition he has the storm release, and black lightning, he is very intelligent and he is adept at his use of ration and suiton.
Then Temari because the power of her KiriKiri Mai is hard to argue with.
Next I'm having a bit of trouble. Deciding between Torune and Kankuro but ultimately I have to go with Torune. His bugs can be used as a distance attack. In addition to sucking chakra, they are also poisonous. Just as Kankuro's puppet's are poisoned and be used for long range and mid range but I believe would be cumbersome in CQC. Which is where Torune starts to edge ahead. Adding to that even touching Torune can be the end of one's life which makes him the more dangerous of the poison users
So obviously my next choice is Kankuro
Chojuro is the next best. Why is he so low? This skilled in Kinjutsu no doubt and with having a Green Lantern-esque ability with his sword he is quite dangerous. However, given how long it took him to end that fight with Zetsu and given the fact that he really is quite limited in his abilities especially when it comes to distance opponents or even jounin and kage level opponents he ends up here.
I would then place Kurotsuchi next. Contrary to what most people remember she cannot fly which is why she is this low. Oonoki temporarily granted her such an ability. Still her ability to capture or encase a foe shouldn't be underestimated. She is also able to aid in Opening Earth Rising Excavation suggest she's sufficiently skilled in Doton jutsus.
Then I would place Akatsuchi next. Granted he doesn't have much in his arsenal but I think Oonoki really displayed the abilities of the Golem Technique well enough for us to know that stone golems are tough to fight and considering Akatsuchi's was able to block Diedara's explosion they aren't that easy to break apart either.
The person who has shown the next level of ability is actually Shee, with him being a medic there are certain things we can assume about him, evasive ability and chakra control. In addition he is a sensor and his Lightning Illusion would come in handy in a battle.
Next I would say Fu, the reason Fu is so low is like Ino Mind Body Transfer still has the same drawbacks which would make it foolish to use in 1 vs 1 combat and even in groups it isn't assured. Still he has shown some skill in CQC and his ability to set traps is respectable
Finally there's Ao who hasn't actually shown combat useful abilities.
