Onmyoudon definitely can since it renders all ninjutsu useless. Keep in mind that the version that Juubito used was a watered down form. The real Onmyoudon probably prevents the attack from being formed in the first place. Eitherways the real Onmyoudon is much more powerful than Juubito's version.

Kamui is a black hole, it isn't physical. Nothing stops it except Kamui it self. It's time being warped, you cannot absorb something that isn't there.

Kamui has no defense and once your being warped, it's gg except if you have FTG.

Onmyoudon is Yin-Yang release, just like how COAT or Izanagi made of Yin-Yang.

As such, it most likely has reality warping powers, specifically geared towards negating Ninjutsu.

A black hole cannot withstand reality warp.
