How would you feel if the Doctor confirms how old you will become?

Well you know that doctors are able to kinda tell how old a person becomes with a test

I knew a person that was smoking cigareetes nonstop and he just said one day that the doctor told him he is going to become around age 56 or 54 and if he continues smoking his life spawn gets shorter of course sometimes people reach a young age ven without illness but the main question

If you would know how old you will become how would you feel if you just know how long your life will go?
