They should all have bankai! Can't wait too see Ichigo's new zanpakuto. It ain't old man zangetsu but it looks like the full hollow version of Ichigo.

For your second question yes Rukia is my second favorite character and a badass female unlike some others I could mention Orihime....plus she's Ichigo's future wife.
