I feel like that'd be dumb honestly and completey coming from out of nowhere. Naruto is the one who saved the alliance numerous times, and I feel like it's a stretch for him to actually keep the juubi. I think they're gonna realize they don't need/want that on the planet just like the so6p did. It'd be stupid to keep it around.
