Naruto is Kage of his village with a forbidden tech called kagebuushin. He is not around his family in physical form but in clone form. (Still around his family none the less)

While

Sasuke is the Hokages right hand man constantly on the road. ( Not to mention this guy has the ability to teleport and use shadow clones) He doesn't come visit his family when he has chill time on missions with the tech i mentioned above an his family barley communicates with one another.

Overall! Naruto is at least in the village and around his family, while the Sas has communication issues with his family...

Naruto is around for the most part. The Sas is not.

It is pretty solid proof that Sasuke isn't sexually interested in Sakura. To be very honest, he never was. Naruto doesn't seem that interested in Hinata either. It seems like a Bam, Slam, Thank you damson-ma'am kind of a thing with him, as he stays away from his family as well, whilst being in the same village.

Naruto as a dad is complicated, he has his own problems that aren't under his direct control, but he has powers that can excuse that. The problem with Naruto is that he chose work over his family, which bothered his son considerably.

We all know Sasuke's problem, he shouldn't even be labeled as a father in the first place since he hasn't actually been a 'father' yet.

However considering Naruto and Sasuke's interactions with Sarada/Boruto, there's no doubt in my mind that they would be great fathers if they dedicated time to family instead of working.

Your parents are not your friends. Being a good parent does not mean being around them every single second.

Sasuke was easily able to erase the void that was eating at her. He was able to make Boruto grow mentally, and gave him support when Naruto ignored it.

Sasuke being away due to work doesn't make him a bad parent.
