[Discussion] How would you describe Franky's relationship with the crew

What I mean is that Robin doesnt rly seem to like Franky.Nami too but with Robin its kind of more obvious xD
Like out of all the SH Franky seems to fit in the least.They all have certain things going for them and most of them made a connection with each other while Franky is...he is just there xD

Usopp ,Chopper and Luffy like him for the robo stuff but thats about as far as it goes.
idk he just seems like the least important part of the group for me,if he went off for a few chapters its like I wouldnt even notice he is there X_X

Franky takes care of one of the most important nakama... sunny. That makes him important too. Plus, nipple ligjts.

Ever since the timeskip, Franky has assumed the role of the logical one of the group. I'd say more along the line of tactician. It's been shown especially in the current arc. Least important? He's one of the most fundamental parts of the crew, he maintains their transportation.

Mmm, can't say that i agree.I like Franky so does most of his crew. Isn't his dream to be the best shipwright out there?

Franky has a tough, but sincere goal. That concept aligns with the actions of every other member.
Also, his allowing Usopp to assist in maintaining the Sunny's condition is a serious connection.

It's probable that Robin disliked Franky being in Chopper's body because she viewed the latter from a maternal stance.

Importance? His role is much more crucial than being an archeologist, musician, sniper, or swordsman.​

Actually, if you watch Film Z, Robin & Franky's outfit are almost the same. And I've seen on other forums that it was shown as a hint for EoS that they might be together xD

Also (this may not mean much but oh well XD), in an SBS, Oda said that if the SH's were a family, Robin would be the mum and Franky the dad.

Ribin dislikes him yet he plays an important role...........
him and nami are the tacticians and franky is 1 of the most focused among them!!!!!!
he also saves them alot from tight situations with the Cudo Burst thing!

well they did have some random moments, like the one above in the pic where franky is sleeping on robins lap

but if it happens he REALLY, REALLY needs to bulk down A LOT!

Robin doesn't dislike him, she just didn't like the way he looked in Chopper's body.

It's not that her and Nami dislike him, they just aren't impressed by his robo stuff cuz Oda said it's "boy stuff".

Luffy clearly likes and cares for Franky, seeing as the sole reason he's even keeping up the Lucy charade is because he promised Franky he'd keep his identity safe. He even offered Franky the Mera Mera no Mi.

Him and Usopp undoubtedly must have a bond, seeing as they work on Sunny together.

His role on the ship is crucial, without him, there wouldn't even be a Sunny and the Strawhats would be stuck in Water 7.
