How would you critique Naruto being a hokage so far

I think there's enough so far to critique how he's running the village, were just critique how he's running not what he has to his tenure is good or not

Seemingly giving Oro free reign is pretty f'ed up.

Letting Katasuke take the stage and hawk his wares after admitting to conning Boruto into wearing his ninjitsu summoning device was weak sauce. He either should have publicly embarrassed Katasuke then and there like he did his own son, or he should have given him a super intimidating behind the doors "how dare you publicly embarrass me and my family like that" confrontation.

I wont take Konohmaru's comical mishaps in the anime as canon. But even so, the anime Hokage should have had him fixing the messes he made and perhaps being suspended from duties to get his head straight.

And he really should do something about those wild genin. Arranging for Iruka to (or directly) ask Temari to become the Vice principal and disciplinarian would make sure all the kids either straightened up and flew right or (like the cheating in chunin exams) they learn to excel at getting away with their shenanigans. Either of these two results is fine. lol

The problem with the tip statement is that Naruto doesn't know the future therefore although the result is bad his intentions and actions are good. Technology serves the function of helping society prosper and grow without which we wouldn't live in a world we do today. The same applies to the NV.

His allowing freedom to genocide criminals who still conduct experiments is f'ed up. Kabuto getting a free pass for helping kill 90 % of the He's ninja. It's quite problematic.

It;'s nothing in comparison to persecuting a people, and or allowing one of your underlings (danzo) to set Uchiha up to die for his own self interests. He should have at least been aware of what danzo was doing.
