How would u have made Naruto/Naruto Shippuden better?

I never said he would, it is an interesting way of throwing off the reader. Make the reader not guess correctly everything that happens, Itachi could be made to succumb to his disease or have him killed off by pain.

-Make Pain the final villain and end part 3 with Sasuke becoming the villain after fighting Naruto and gaining the EMS
-End part 2 with the death of Jiraiya, Naruto starting his Sennin Modo training and Sasuke joining Akatsuki after Itachis death
-Beginn part 3 with Naruto almost mastering Sennin Modo after 2 years, Sasuke killing 2 of the elders, abducting Killerbee and the Kage summit shortly after
-Sasuke fails to kill Danzo at the summit and Tobi declares war on the Gokage
-Sasuke recovers and fights Danzo as in the original
-Team 7 reunites, Naruto and Sasuke fight, Tobi arrives and retreates with Sasuke
-Kabuto approaches Pain and Tobi to increase their battle strenght with Edo Tensei with just the former Kages (excluding the Hokages), 7 swordsmen, Akatsuki members, Ginkaku & Kinkaku and a few Kekkai Genkai users
-Kisame is "defeated" by Killerbee and Ay and infiltrates the turtle island, but is killed by Guy
-The war extends over a week
-Sasuke deserts Akatsuki after learning about the true story of the shinobi world and then kills Kabuto
-Sasuke and Naruto fight side on side against the remaining Edo Tensei
-Guy and Kakashi fight Tobi and Guy uses the death gate to finish him off, but dies himself
-Nagato kills Kakashi and some other important characters, but is then killed by Naruto
-Everyone are exhausted and Sasuke turns against Naruto, they fight, but both survive, Sasuke loses his eyesight during the fight, but regains it after he awakens EMS
-Sasuke leaves while declaring that he will come back to start his revolution

Development for the pairings. I know Kishi has the emotional capabilities of a potato but come on, the pairings were decided in part 1, at least they should have got some development.
Backstories for some characters, especially K11. Do we know anything about Tenten for example? Most of K11 could have been very interesting characters, but they became stereotypical boring characters. Kiba and Chōji especially.
Neji's death was 100% pointless. Gai surviving however was pretty much a huge asspull. His backstory made his character really lovable and I'm happy he survived, but after such a fight and constant reminder that 8th gate = inevitable death, it was not a good choice.
Ōtsutsuki clan and Madara's death was a nail in the coffin. I would leave out the Ōtsutsukis completely, and change Madara's death. Hagoromo should have been just the mysterious SO6P without a known name.
Adjusted power levels.
Senju clan story.
Make part I more serious with part II style drawing. Some characters look disgusting and ridiculous in part I especially in the beginning.
No DMS Kakashi and NO PS for Kakashi. Not even base Susanoo.
No drama in Gaiden but actual development.

- Develop some of the end game pairings better. Choji/Karui, Shikamaru/Temari, Sai/Ino, etc. Most of them didn't even have real dialogue of any kind let alone into a romantic segway.
- Not make the Uchiha/Senju so intrinsic to the story. It really funneled the story in places it shouldn't have gone.
- Full power Naruto vs Full power Sasuke, ending with Sasuke's death and the end of a cursed clan.
- Focus on the bonds of Naruto/Kakashi, Naruto/Gaara, and Naruto/Neji.
- Full out Itachi vs Kakashi fight
- Killed Madara off far sooner

secondly I would have sasuke defeat naruto at VOTE2.naruto is passed out but just as the very exhausted sasuke is about to deal his final blow, kakashi and sakura attack him.he is almost out of chakra but he manages to hold them off for a while. sasuke then has a yagami light-resque breakdown before charging off to kill sakura who completely has her guard down after seeing the love of her life in such a state.seconds before he strikes her she has several flashbacks of team 7 in part 1.back to reality there is a chidori strike sound and blood on sakura's face, but it's not hers, it's sasuke's.kakashi recovered and chidorid sasuke from behind.he goes on to tell him how much it saddens him that it came to this but sasuke tells him he wouldn't have have done anything differently to correct this rotten shinobi world that destroyed his brother.and after sasuke,the fallen hero, takes his final breath a conversation starts between sakura and kakashi.they agree to not let naruto know about sasuke dieing and conjure up a story of how he escaped after not again being able to take his best friends life.naruto buys the story and is happy that there is still a trace of good in his brothers heart...the end

In general:
- Less characters, more development for remaining ones;
- No prophecy. I've never been a fan of stories that involved chosen ones. Not to mention, in Naruto, nothing would have fundamentally changed if the prophecy was never mentioned;
- A different origin for chakra - it's just my personal preference, but I'd make it more natural and less aliens.
On a side note, a perspective of being Kishi's mutant child scares me

Shorten the War Arc.
Reduce the prevalence of Naruto "chasing" Sasuke and move the duel to before the war. Sasuke's revolution was dumb and Naruto continuously chasing Sasuke was dumb. Have them fight before the war, have Sasuke be humbled by his defeat and have Sasuke reflect on what his brother wanted. Not some Edo Tensei genjutsu bs.
Do more Land of Waves type missions with teams not Team 7.
No Uchiha wank. Everything that made Itachi special was ruined by Kishi giving every subsequent Uchiha MS, and OP Susannos. Now every Uchiha has perfect Susanno. ENOUGH!
Make the Otsutsuki Clan/Kaguya the final villains. Have the descendants of Kaguya: Surviving Uchiha + Uzumaki, Hyuga and Kaguya clan members trace their lineage back to Hagormo and Hamura, and uncover Kaguya's plot themselves. Rather than have Kaguya show up, unannounced have have Black Zetsu starts expositing dialogue about who she is what's going on.

Gai should die, erase the part that naruto says obitos the coolest guy, showed madaras MS techs as well as izunas, madara fighying team 7 for somewhile before taking over (a good while), don't really like sakura but I woulda given her slug sage mode, sannin vs hanzo full fight, more k11 screentime and more development, atleast two kages dying against madara, madaras rinnesharingan ability, and some other points I woulda added
