Hmm...

Yamoato is the intel gatherer with his well hidden Mokuton clones
Shino's bugs is the tracker/Sensor of the group (I think his bugs can read chakra right?)
Neji can play support for Tracking as well as the frontline close-mid ranged fighter
Sai can seal and support in long ranged or aeral fighting.

this team is actually pretty good as it covers most of your important bases save for healing.

This is a good team.

Neji can provide great QCQ in fights
Yamato can restrain the enemies
Shino can provide long range support
And sai can provide aerial support.

Plus this team has great tracking abilities

It will be a good team IMO
Team work should be very good. Yamato obviously is good at leading a team, Sai, Neji and Shino should have no problem with each other since they are the calm type.

Yamato can use Short, Mid and Long range jutsu. He can also make wood clones and tricks to detect the enemy.
Neji's Byakugan will help in detecting, same goes for Sai and Shino. Sai can use his drawn birds/snakes/animals to detect and Shino his bugs. This is a perfect Sensory type team.
Neji is a short range figher, Shino Low - Mid, Sai and Yamato - Short to Long.
This should be a pretty good team.
