Why doesn't part 1 itachi solo?

Better vision than sick itachi, shown ama and tsuky, which any of them, one-shots the latter.

I'd say he can take on these 4 considering he had shown Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi by that point, especially since OP implies that there is no knowledge besides what is listed, the rest are definitely victories for Itachi since he can use Susanoo in every single one.

Amaterasu was not shown against Konoha jounin, mist blocks eyesight and renders sharingan genjutsu useless since it requires eye contact and Neji can fight with closed eyes due to byakugan.

not categorizing that as part 1 itachi?

Itachi used amaterasu against Jiraiya's jutsu.. I don't see why he doesn't possess it unless the OP is inferring that he can only use techs that he displayed in that fight.
Not sure if it was kakashi using a weaker version of mist but didn't itachi dispel it fire ball jutsu?
Itachi also possesses genjutsu that doesn't require eye contact although I'm not sure if he has feats for it.
