How would things be now if Danzo had helped the 3rd Hokage against Orochimaru

I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I never read it. But honestly speaking, I feel like the 3rd and Danzo could have been the next generation of the 1st and 2nd Hokage tag team. Regardless of the downgrating people put on the two, they were definitely the bad a$$es of the next gen. Even though Danzo lost to Sasuke, he only lost because he took a chance with experiments that ended up working against him. I think he would've been better off without them, and if he helped the 3rd against Orochimaru, I think this war would be a whole other scenario with the two still being alive. Then again, Tsunade may never have come back and I'm still not sure if she's made any major impact overall in the story. Sakura would probably just be worse off than she is now.

if he helped the 3rd they would have destroyed oro, even tho he most likely wouldent of died anyway cause it seems like its impossible to get rid of em, but anyway the 3rd wouldent have died if danzo helped him.
