Naruto would probably not know the Rasengan (except Kakashi decides to teach him), considering Jiraiya's philosophy about Naruto's tailed beast power, Naruto would most likely be able to forcefully control more than 4 tails, and he'll ensure he learns some OP jutsu since he believes the 4th sealed the kyubbi to fight some great threat(s) in future.

Edit: he'll most likely give Sasuke special treatment so as to avoid Naruto and Sasuke going down the same path he did with Orochimaru, and unfortunately Sakura would still be left out, since I don't think Tsunade would come back to the village, and rock Lee would no longer be a shinobi for the same reason

1- The paths came at him 1 by 1.

2- Jiraya was running away and the enviorment he was in helped him alot

1) Three paths faced him at once; he bested them by himself.
2) Nagato himself said Jiraiya would've beat him, had he known the secret.
3) Why? Pein had no personal axe to grind with Jiraiya; they only fought in the first place because Jiraiya infiltrated Ame.

OT: Everything would be different, esp. from the Summit. Sasuke wouldn't go there, but straight to the village to hunt down Danzo.
