How would the series have gone if Itachi and Sasuke swapped roles ?

The end result being the same as it currently is in the manga with that sole exception, Itachi being one of the three protagonists along with Naruto and Sakura, while Sasuke would be the (now) deceased brother who infiltrated Akatsuki for the good of the village through his own means.

For anyone who is curious of age, Itachi would instead be the younger brother and Sasuke the older brother.

The results are pretty much the same, with the one exception being that their personalities remaining.

If its just their personalitiesthen its better. However imo its good Itachi died. He didn't live long enough to be trolled by Kishi like Madara, Kakashi, minato etc.

I think he means Sasuke is the 13 year old and Itachi is the 6.
I think Itachi would have handled his life better, but there's really no point in wondering...

How would that be possible, Sasuke would never sacrifice his clan for the village and torture his own brother.

I'm pretty sure Sasuke would still do the same things as Itachi did. But I don't know if he would go with killing his family.
