Might Gai is simply Kisame's worst match up but even then Kisame can push him to his limits. The only possible difference samehada would make is healing but idk if samehada could heal him fast enough and Hirudora would probably pwn samehada as well. Hirudora is the difference maker in this fight, with it Gai wins without it he'll probably lose.

Why are people bring up waterdome? Do they think samehada is needed to use waterdome or something?
