We don't know how much Biju power the Jinchuriki could use. Though its more than likely they beat him with only a little bit of the power coming out.

Konan = Konan wins if she has prep, the Kazekage wins if she doesn't.
Darui = Yondaime Kazekage wins Mid Diff
Kitsuchi = Kitsuchi wins if he starts off with Sandwhich tech but the Kazekage wins if he doesn't
Zabuza = Yondaime Kazekage wins Mid Diff
