I think it depends on if he knows the truth behind everything and is influenced by his mother (who I believe was just a casualty of war), then he would be current WOF sasuke minus the scizophranic tendencies. Also I believe he would be stronger and more on par with naruto. Let's face it regardless he is not nearly as strong but may still be smarter.
