If Obito lived after redeeming himself by playing a massive role in helping to stop the FV, and was allowed back into Konoha (through Naruto maybe doing ninshuu and allowing people to feel his pain and understand him); what do you think his relationship with Sasuke would be like? They would be the last two Uchiha's alive and functioning normally (no evil motives or secret plans to take over the world).
Sasuke is cold, and knows that he was a pawn for Obito and even tried to kill him without a second thought when after the bijuu was extracted from him. Also, according to MS translations in chpt. 689, he even wished they would have killed Obito/stabbed his rinnegan which would stopped their current situation with Kaguya.
So how do you think they would act towards eachother? Friends? Sasuke ignorant to Obito? They could also both help restore the Uchiha clan.
This was just a thought that occurred to me that I found interesting.
