How would Madara counter Kamui?

Well, I see 2 possible counters:

1. Izanagi - if Madara activates it before Kakashi uses Kamui, then he can "rewind" the warp and take Kakashi by surprise. GG.

2. Preta path - the question is, can Madara activate preta fast enough to counter Kamui that is so freaking fast a Sharingan user can't see it? I doubt Preta could be used effectively, but it's a possibility.

I don't think Madara could do anything else, unless in the fight we give him the advantage of having the first move. Then he has many other counters: obscuring Kakashi's view with mokuton, creating a bunch of clones, etc.

what if madara can be kamui from within susano because all kamui do is open a portal and there is space in susano...!
