This is how it would go, Saskue would be the Naruto of the group, loud knuckle head ninja, Naruto would be sort of bad, but I doubt he would go down the path of Saskue, Sakura would probably be much more stronger, still retains her current skills.

Tsunade switch roles with Hashirama, I bet she'd be Stronger than he was.
