Tsunades creation rebirth is overrated. People thinks it can regenerate anything, which she cannot. What she can do, however, is that she can re-create the cellular structure of organs. It doesn't seem like, she can regenerate entire limbs, as she needed to be put back to her torso by Katsuyu.
So if she cannot re-create limbs, you just gotta tear her apart. Jiraya probably knows all there is to know about her techniques. So he can easily find a strategy to take her down, say he uses that frog song from ma and pa to paralyze her. Then takes a sword and cuts her up. For instance, if he takes off her arms/hands, she cannot activate seal. Piece of cake. She will bleed to death. Game over.

And where/when exactly did she do that? No human being can "grow" a new arm, but a stab through the heart can potentially regenerate, death just occours much too fast for it. Tsunade speed up this regeneration, so she doesnt die.

She said she can regenerate any part of her body. If you cut off a hand, is it still part of the body? No.

Despite it doesn't matter. My point was, if you cut off just 1 of Tsunade's hands before she activates her seal, she cannot use it, and she will be easy to deal with. The seal still requires a hand seal with both hands to activate.

Jirayia isn't a big deal not even against Pain. He only lasted so long because he wasn't on open grounds, he was fighting them 1 by 1 with sneak attacks. As soon as the 6 showed up and forced an all-out combat in open air, he lost immediately.

Jirayia wasn't capable of training a 4 tail Naruto, he almost died to him and he openly admited so. Orochimaru, in comparison, immediately knocked 4 tail Naruto out as soon as he got serious... and he was in an old weakened body, unable to use his arms as usual.

Tsunade however, could defeat Orochimaru in the same conditions as soon as she snapped out of her blood fear (remember Jirayia had just got his ass handed over by Orochimaru). She would have defeated Kabuto easily hadn't he exploited her massive weakness early on.

Again, I think realistically, the 3 Sannin rank as follows: Orochimaru > Tsunade > Jirayia, but plot-wise, it would rather be Jirayia > Tsunade, simply because according to Kishimoto's logic the females are always the weakest of their groups, excluding Temari's case.

Jiraiya was figuring out how pain fights while he was fighting so don't tell me when all 6 came he lost and that's that.

Because at the end of the day nagato said if jiraiya knew about his pains he could have won. So plz stop down playing jiraiya to this level its quite sad.
