How Would it Look Like

I'm not saying the base is going to change after Naruto ends. All I'm saying if there is a similar site to this that is called, I don't know, Tokyobase or animebase or mangabase, how would it be designed.

The center piece of NB is centered around Naruto.
Though these hypothetical bases, listed above, would be around the entire anime/manga spectrum. So how would it be designed?

Would it show several famous anime/manga series?
Would it show a generic theme that represents anime/manga? (What even is a generic symbol for anime/manga?)
Would it be something else completely?
