Before I begin I would just like to stress that this is a hypothetical question and should be treated as such, please refrain from writing snarky comments or attempted trolling.

Alright then back to the question, I just wanted to personally know on how Hinata Hyuga would react if, her husband, Naruto Uzumaki were to be killed in an event that has to do with staged assassination of the Hokage, or anything that actually ends up being successful with his termination to any degree. This subject was actually brought upon recently and to be honest we have been unable to figure out truly on such a character that is so devoted to her love/husband would emotionally and physically react, along with their children.

Please enlighten me on the matter, since I would love to know, along with some others.

Hinata would turn into someone like Tsunade. Who aimed to become Hokage to fullfill her lovers dream.

She'd be the next Obito

"I'm no one, I don't want to be anyone. All I care about is fulfilling the mugen tsukuyomi"
"Because you let my Naruto kun die"

She would endure, and raise her children to the best of her ability. Like her own sensei, Kurenai did, when she (Kurenai) lost her lover and father of their child, Mirai.

Hinata is strong. Plus she has the entire Hyuga Clan for support if she needed it.

I am not trolling. Hinata is a very mature character. She would come to her senses and fullfill her lovers dream.

She'd mourn him for all her days but we both know hinata doesn't have the guts to kill anybody, Naruto is her husband and if Naruto has taught her anything it's that even if the person killed your parents, slaughtered millions, they should still be forgiven but still face punishment. It isn't a snarky comment but truth, Naruto is extremely forgiving and I wouldn't be surprised if this trickled down onto hinata as well. Worst case scenario is that hinata decides to become kurama's jinchuriki (because Naruto is dead sooooooooo) and goes after the killer slaughtering whatever lays in her path...which may not work too well since sasuke is still alive so hinata is hardly doing anything extremely evil because if she gets too out of line, sasuke will put her back in her place.

She'll continue to live on, along with both of their children. Besides she's grown into a remarkable women, so she'll be fine to some degree. She doesn't need to worry though, because she has the Hyuga clan, and her being the wife of the hokage should bring some benefits.

A glazed look of shock and then a hysterical rampage where she gentle fists the perpetrator to death. Like in the Pain scenario.

She would get really sad and then she would learn to endure it and not give in like Naruto.

I don't think so, when Toneri took her sister's eyes, that ***** didn't think twice.

Ripped the ****ers out without a warning, she has a dark side.

OT; She'd probably move on after being in a depressed state. She has children to take care of after all, she was raised in a critical institution since birth, with all the Hyuuga monarchy to deal with. She has the heart and mindset to move forward. It would be devastating though.
