How Would Hashirama Counter Sasuke's Amaterasu?

He's right madara does have tsukuyomi and ameterasu u need both to awaken the susanoo lol

Bringer of darkness genjutsu... sasuke can't aim amaterasu if he is in the darkness.... plus hashirama is a Sage... sage mode will warn him about amaterasu the way spider sense works for spider man....

1. It takes time to summon shinsui senju and it takes alot of chakra too. Amaterasu would reach him while he is making handsigns.
2. It was never stated in the manga that amaterasu and tsukiyomi are prime requirement of susano. It was stated in databook.
itachi never stated anything like that.

Although i don't deny that madara have amaterasu, he might have amaterasu but he never used it against hashirama , which is a manga fact.
Also madara himself have stated he fought hashirama because he wanted his dna, he burned him down with amaterasu, his actual mission won't be completed.

Anyway, bringer of darkness is a low level visual genjutsu, something like that wont work against sharingan.
Also that genjutsu have a limited area, so a person far away from caster can't be caught in this genjutsu. Amaterasu is long range attack so no need to go close.

okay so let us say hashi gets hit by the amaterasu . what if hashi uses his legendary healing and starts healing all the parts of his body that have been targeted by the amaterasu what happens then ?????????????

i guess this could go on for as long as hashi has chakra left in him right ????

but we were told that while hashi was using his healing skills he was still able to perform jutsu

so don't u think hashi will grow wooden structures out of the parts affected which will result in amaterasu constantly trying to burn the wood while hashi simply separates himself from the wood =D =D =D =D =D

hehe my bad... anyway, Sage mode is a supplementary tech.... the power of that genjutsu can be amplified ten-fold....plus sage mode will enable hashirama to feel the build-up of sasuke's chakra to warn him that sasuke is going to use amaterasu....

Hmm... since we have found out about Ying-yang elements, I thought about Senjuu and Uchiha as Yin-Yang.

Ying -Spiritual powerfull energy elder son possesed and it was given to Uchiha clan

Yang - Physical powerfull energy younger son possesed and it was given to Senjuu DNA

my theory:

Amaterasu - the highest and the strongest form of Fire release + Yin powerfull energy + hate(optional)

If Hashirama was hit by Amaterasu, his full of life chakra equal yang element and deadly chakra of Uchiha equal Ying element could cancel each other, cause Amaterasu to turns back to normal fire release but still very powerfull depens on amount chakra used by user to generate amaterasu. Now then:

#1th Hashirama could absorb chakra from Fire release via Mokuton cause Fire release to loose source needed to fire to exist, after having no chakra fire could simply disolves

#2th Hashirama could extend his still burning part of bodies in shape of branches/roots and put them into water or simply extend them then cut them off from his body and finally pull these branches/roots in his body

#3th Hashirama could use water release and extinguish there flames.

Conclusion: Hashirama could conter Sasuke's Amaterasu

#1th: Via Ying-Yang element my theory

#2th: surivive long enough via his very high regeneration rate so after Killing Sasuke, Amaterasu would finally dissapear.

#3th: thanks to sage mode he would be able to avoid it.

#4th: Bringer of darkness could make Amaterasu very hard to impossible to hit Hashirama

It could be a cycle of creating wood to block amateratsu, letting go of that wood then creating new ones to block more of the amateratsu.
