How would giving Naruto Yin Kurama save him?

So Gaara is taking Naruto to Minato so that he can have Yin Kurama sealed inside him which may save is life?But does'nt that contradict the fact that all jinchuriki die when having their bijuu extracted?Sure Kushina survived for a small time but she was a Uzumaki who are know for having strong vitality but even her time to live was running out.

Not to mention if resealing a bijuu could save it's host then Kushina would'nt have to talk about talking Kurama down with her and Minato would'nt have to seal two halves of the fox inside himself and Naruto.And if it were that simple then every village would seperate it's bijuu into two parts just in case it's jinchuriki died or something.

the fourth hokage is dead and so is the kurama inside him.Actually it shouldn't be a life force so as to give naruto a second life.right???

From my understanding, the reason kushina wouldve died was from chakra depletion. She would die from the strain and chakra depletion of resealing kurama back in her.


Also all this recent jinchuriki stuff, is remarkably like the Jaafa in a tv show called stargate sg1.
Basically these groups of people were treated by a device to create a cavity in the lower stomach, to raise and nuture a parasitic race of snake like creatures, that when mature and integrated in a persons Spinal cord/brain, would grant the host powers.

The jaafa though were strictly just there to raise the snake like creatures. When someone removed the snake creature, if another was not put in there, the host would die. The creature also granted the jaafa host enhanced healing abilities, and increased stamina and immunity to disease, while it was being raised.


Also kushina had the entire bijuu ripped out from inside of her. Naruto had most of kurama out when kurama was extracted. So there may be some difference there.

Also it is much simpler (and less chakra constraining) to seal half a bijuu, than the full thing.
