B Naruo was able to match the power of 5 Bijuu's tbb combined and this was after he wasted a lot of chakra already. Kakashi said the nine tails chakra is near limitless so halve of that is still pretty powerful. Not instant but in due time and Naruto was 6 tails when he first got caught I believe then went 7 and 8 tails. Point is, Nagato used most of his chakra already so wasn't at 100% or even 50% the power and even said that he might have to had made the CT bigger so he does have the power to make CT even stronger if need be. This is a gravitational force so how is Sasuke susanoo suppose to escape? Nagato at full power using CT and it's done.

He used a lot fighting ninjas like Kakashi, then a lot more using almighty push and then fought SM and even said he might have to make it bigger as someone else provided as scans. CT was destroyed too fast to do real damage, it took complete Susanoo, 8 tails's ttb and Naruto's Rasenshuriken to destroy it. If PS is on Bijuu level then Sasuke's susanoo is still below it and it took 2 other S rank jutsus including a Bijuu level power destroy CT so Sasuke has no way alone.

You're also forgetting that Madara said his PS is on Bijuu level meaning lower susanoo levels are not or else he would have said this with his leg susanoo. PS power isn't close to Kurama's or else Madara wouldn't need Kurama to fight Hashirama because Hashirama power isn't Kurama x2.
