Even though both are Immortal Kaguya can bypass Madara's Immortality while Madara can't.

Kaguya can just suck him dry of his Chakra and he'll end up like one of those fodder in the War-Arc while Madara can't do that for two reasons. First of all he wouldn't be able to get near her to do that and second of all he wouldn't be able to handle all that Chakra as we saw when his body absorbed all the Chakra from Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Good post i agree, Kaguya is very strong but Kishimoto didn't found a weakness in Madara's battle style thats why he let Kaguya take over. And her IQ is also 50 or close to that.

Kaguya has more chakra but Madara has a much better battlestyle.
