diff between the tailsman oro used when he brought the first and 2nd back and the one kabuto uses is the controll and mastery of the technique. the one oro used he took full controll of the hokages and didnt master the edo tensei. kabuto still has them bound to him completely but dosent have there minds tooken over. and he has mastery over the technique
