I actually wasted my time and read it. You need to use facts kid, rather than waahah orochimaru rulz!! Sorry, Orochimaru only took HIS power that Kabuto stole. He did not take the enhancements Kabuto had made as Juugo said. Manga facts. So Orochimaru is still the same Tier 2 guy he was before his death.

Luckily i was never talking about the DNA but since you bring them up allow me inform you on what they were used for.
juugo's ability was altered so kabuto can passively absorb natural energy.Karins was modified to heal after attacks.
Suigestus was modified to let him slouch off his skin.

Oro has enough chakra to reach sage mode on his own at full strength so juugo's dna is not needed for him.
Oro was already virtually invincible before sage mode so he doesn't need karins dna nor suigetsus.
His snake shedding technique perfectly replicates what suigestus dna was trying to accomplish which is to evade and make psychical attacks pointless unless they killed him instantly.

Orochimaru at his best is less than the top tier guys. Even at full health he wasn't capable of taking on top tier akatsuki members like Itachi, Nagato, Obito, and now Sasuke. Why am i asking this ?Because very soon Orochimaru will set his sights on sasuke's body.We have seen what dragon sage mode is capable of.Kabuto made sure that his body and the assimilated DNA combined made the perfect counter to the sharingan.Now once orochimaru gets his hands on all of his chakra and regains his full strength imagine how much more powerful he will be.His chakra pool is larger and noted to be extemely strong.Now since its higher and stronger then kabuto's we can expect the attributes given by sage mode to increase with oros version.Now the main point of this thread is to ask how you think the final fight between those two will play out.The only reason kabuto was stopped is because of izanami.If orochimaruo puts sasuke in the same posistion

Endurance enhanced by sage mode will prove daunting as well making it all the more critical for each strike intended at orochimaru to not only land successfully but to also do serious damage.Orochimaru can shut down all his senses making him immune to all genjustu that needs to rely senses to activate(which is all genjustu except for izanami)


So in the end psychical attacks and genjustu are going to be hard to pull off.And if you were not keeping track
sasukes best two moves depend on a psychical contact (amaterasu) and genjustu through his sharingan,

So I cant see Oro doing this unless he is able to use it in an imperfect form similar to Jiraiya.
