Naruto would become Hokage and pardon the newly changed Sasuke to allow him to come back.

Think about it. Naruto will have enourmous influence over all major nations after this. He could convince them. It's not like he's known for convincing people to change their minds, right? WRONG.

But if Sasuke were to ally with the alliance in the current war and actually do something significant then MAYBE they could arrange a pardon by all 5 kages. But the chances of said chain of events in happening are slim.

I highly doubt it, Sasuke's crimes are way to severe. The villiage will demand that he be put to death, and even if for some reason they forgive him the other villiages want him dead as do the Samurai for the ones he killed.
