Sasuke need to change his personality first. He may not have evil plans anymore, but he is still arogant, self-centered, and selfish. Seriously, I will pity anyone who end up with him.

It doesn’t matter how hot he is, dating someone like that is never fun. Sakura in part one is too blinded and too childish to care about it, but I believe part two sakura will be mature enough too see that having a good looking boyfriend is not the only requirement for a good relationship.

Even in part one, when sasuke is still considered 'nice', he ignored her most of the time, insult and even talk down to her. So he really need to change first.
