Will neji continue to appear along rock lee and ten ten as nothing happened ? Since this is a kid show will they ignore the manga since its not like they follow it anyway ?

I think he will still appear on the show, because Deidara(for example) is already dead and appeared...
Besides they make a lot of references about producers and narrators so it's pretty clear they want to make it look like the Rock Lee series are something like a side job of the main Naruto series and that they are just actors and don't die for real.
