The war ends, all is relatively peaceful, skip 3 years in the future, Naruto becomes Hoakge, Sasuke becomes slightly jealous but doesn't let it both him and continues to strive towards his goal of changing the ninja system. Sasuke has a baby with Sakura which in turn makes Naruto jealous, though once again it doesn't bother him too much and he goes on about his life as Hokage. Orochimaru comes back into the picture to convince Sasuke that he'll have to kill Naruto because he's the Biju host, and Sasuke knows killing the Biju is the only way to change the ninja system.

Naruto and Sasuke fight, Naruto kills Sasuke, and then maybe some random shit like Kaguya showing up (due to Orochimaru doing something weird like always) and taking Ninjutsu away from everyone or something. Naruto rebuilds the ninja world based on Ninshuu Can't imagine how he would do that but whatever. The end.

Yeah, even with Madara defeated, I don't see the manga ending just there. To me, Orochimaru just isn't the guy who is going to change just like that, and live a life of peace which means giving up the ambition of learning all forms on ninjutsu and practically becoming a god which was why he wanted Sasuke's body. I don't see how Orochimaru could take over Sasuke's body at this point, since both Naruto and Sasuke are practically demi gods, but I do feel he will do something out of the ordinary to achieve this goal. Who knows, he may even try and take over Madara's body if Naruto and Sasuke are able to weaken him to that point, and then also there is the Sage of 6th paths mother who has to play some sort of a role in this series, considering she is the most powerful character there is.
