I'd like to share my thoughts on it .
Both Obito and Kakashi die in the war . Tsunade dies in the hands of Madara , Hashirama gets angry and fights him . To put it simply , I think that on this war , Obito , Kakashi and Tsunade will die , while Madara will seal the hokages , and then be sealed by Naruto and Sasuke . After a little time skip , Naruto becomes Hokage , and visits Kakashi's and Obito's grave everyday . While Sasuke , I think that he will protect Konoha from the shadows , I mean , he will not be a Konoha shinobi , but he will protect it from those who will attack it . About Orochimaru's case , I think he will continue his experiments , and start a mini war against Konoha , this will be the final arc . Otogakure/Hidden Sound vs Konoha/Hidden Leaf . In the end , Orochimaru gets defeated but he will not die , he gives up on destroying Konoha , and continues his experiments himself . About Kabuto , I think he will be trapped forever in Izanami . I don't know , I feel bad for him though , but I doubt that he will acknowledge his true self . Shikamaru will be Naruto's advisor , and Sakura will marry Naruto ( Sorry , I'm a NaruSaku fan Lol )
