Naruto will beat the ten tails through some sort of plot no jutsu. Also the questions that sasuke is asking are not literal, they are figurative. Like when Kisame said, "what am i? Killing mist ninjas as a mist ninja, what does that make me?". It's figurative.

Plot-no-Jutsu is just the story taking its course its simply complaining that something happened just because it was supposed to. If your gonna have a problem with something have a problem with Kishi changing things up to the point where things barely make sense.

So the proper thing to say is that the Juubi will get Kishimoto'ed
