Uzumaki have never possesed the Rinnegan. Tobi gave the rinnegan to Nagato for he's plan, but he kinda failed when Nagato used Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique.

I see people saying he wont because he dosn't have the rinnegan, but kishi already made all the bijuu recognize him as the next so6p and hes also making Naruto look like like the so6p.
