2. I see that happen that he saves naruto with getting kurama back / give kurama to naruto the half he has
3. Why trap himself together with madara if he can trap only himself there, or only madara.

I can totally see him using Rinne Tensei on Naruto.
But it would be useless against Madara.

So probably he will find a way to take at least full Kyuubi (chakra tug) and give it to Naruto.
This could also kind of unbalance Madara Jinchurikki form.

1. I see him dead either way and attempting to take himself Madara and the Rinnengan down, but only succeeding in destroying himself seems to fit
3. Him not pulling himself in as well would kinda ruin the self sacrifice vibe he has going
