Sasuke was legitmatly worn out using the MS with bee, as I see it, the fight was titled in bee's favour all along as he couldn't even predict his sword play using the sharingan, and considering the fact he held himself against Jugo and suigetsu with no problem. up until he pulled Ame out of his butt, even so however, he got fooled. Looks legit to me.
