How will Kakashi gain closure from this battle?

This is his toughest battle yet both physically and mentally. Also it's most likely that Naruto and Sasuke will resolve everything so Kakashi probably won't have to face Sasuke after the war.

So out of these options, which do you think will happen so Kakash can finally have closure?
-He sacrifices himself to protect Naruto, since he is the 'Past Obito'.
-He delivers the killing blow to Obito (after Naruto and Sasuke defeat him) and burys him in the Kamui dimension. Or he talks to him in his last moments.
-None of the above, but regains confidence by talking to Minato.
-Sacrifices himself to kill both himself and Obito.

Honestly, number 1 or 4. He needs to die for legitimate closure to his character in my opinion.

I'd say number 1 is a better option for him, though. It won't be too long and it will leave a lasting impression.

I think option 4 is most probable.

1. Naruto and company will fight Obito and bring him down for a moment, but will realize that he can't really be killed now that he is Juubi's jinchuuriki no matter what.
2. Kakashi kamuis Obito into the other dimension to trap him there forever (it's arguable whether Obito as Juubi's jinchuuriki cannot use Kamui on himself at all or only to phase through objects, but it's possible he can't warp himself at all)
3. Kakashi dies out of exhaustion. Ya know, after Kamuing all this massive chakra.

I really would not like it to happen. Neji-like death will make no impact in the long run and one of main characters' deaths should leave a legacy behind.

Even Jirayia's death left behind more than would Kakashi's neji-like one and Kakashi is and always was a more important character than Jirayia.

Unlike Neji's death though Kakashi' would have some meaning.

He's protecting Naruto as he feels he's the hope of the world, and lingers the will of past Obito, his closest friend.

I'd say reunite with Minato for the sheer fact that I don't think he plays a role in Obito's death.

I believe Obito is Naruto's fight.

While Madara's undoing will be Sasuke.

Hope Kakashi dies inside the Kamui dimension

Kakshi can open the gates.. he opens the eigth gate/MS to breifly get the upper hand over juubito (with the help of all the others of course), in tern defeating Juubito and leaving Madara without any hope of using infinite genjutsu. The remaining seal Madara away forever in an epic ragebattle, bringing balance once again to the NV.

However at the end a Oro slinks over to a weakened Sasuke and that is all we see (intro to next arc where Oro has more up his sleeve now with Sasuke, and 4 Hokages under his belt, incluidng Hashi).

In my eyes, the perfect way to end the arc. The next arc would begin with Sasuke struggling to regain control over his body and a long saga where in the end Sasuke finally gains control and sacrifices himself and thereby Oro to save NV...

Perfect ending to the rest of Naruto.. Boom.
