[Predictions] How will Kaguya meet her end ?

Thinking ahead, it seems that despite the maddening personality she has I doubt that Kaguya would be straight out killed in the series. She is the mother of the Sage of Six Path and his brother, along with their reincarnations. Plus she had her initial reasoning on wanting to take the chakra from the holy tree, and that was to stop a great war during her period.

I'm probably going to take a wild guess that Naruto will find a method with Hagoromo to convince Kaguya to stop her deed (probably TNJ) after weakening her, similar to how Obito was dealt with.

Her crying is sheer sign of TNJ. But she needs to have something in common with the main characters for that to work.
