I wonder how will it look not just the blade but the real form of the zanpakuto. I wonder if its gonna look like the full hollow form of Ichigo.

Probably reflect his discovery of being a Human/ Quincy and Shinigami Hybrid with Hollow powers... My god, is he a descendant of Jesus Christ too!?
Yeah a sword that looks slicker than Tensa Zangetsu. Why else would he be made to learn the truth about his past.

Lets hope he doesnt get a lightsaber for a Zanpakuto...
But on a serious note, with Zangetsu literally cut in half, it makes me think because they are "Reforging" it, not making a brand new sword from scratch. I think Kubo is going to try to bring some of that Fullbring awfulness out. i did like his short sword that came with his Fullbring. I think he will have 2 short swords similar to it but with the Design of the Black Clad Hollow "White" had. in turn it will affect his Bankai and i think he will in turn taking on the Hollow original Armored form with a white coat instead. Almost similar to that awesome pic above in the second post.

That Picture has too much hollow domination... U_U In any case I think the old broken Zangetsu sword was destroyed and now a new sword is presented to him and that water is where the reishi of zangetsu is scattered hence why they need to collect it

My guess is Ichigo will be having a new zanpakuto similar to zangetsu, maybe will be named mungetsu... my guess anyway, something like this:
