Tsunade would stand no chance against Pain, it would be pretty pointless. Kishi actually did the smart thing he utilized her most useful ability in battle instead of having her force combat, and then get destroyed anyway.

She would lose the fight just because of CT, nothing else from Pain is enough to take her down.

Brute strength, Kishi was going to beat all of the paths, and weaken deva path, but he remembered she punches to hard, and he would've died

Tsunades brute strength coupled with her chakra to the feet would've been enough, otherwise Kishi wouldn't have emphasized it

Also CT she should be able to resist it how Naruto and katsuyu did, brute strength and sticking to the ground.
And if she wanted to destroy it a punch should do the trick, Naruto bee and itachi used force to destroy it
