How was the Moon in The Last fixed?

The Moon was in half by the end of the movie, won't that cause some kind of climate catastrophe?
Was it left like that?

The moon is a celestial body, the gravity of the huge mass would collapse it back into a sphere in a short time.

You think Kishi took an Biology/Environmental class? If the moon was cut in half naturally the Moon's gravity would pull on the Earth's tidal waves causing large Tsunamis and Earthquakes would wreck NV but we follow Kishi logic where the moon is put back together and they all live happily ever after. :lmao:

It would solve itself. The two halves of the moon would maintan their orbit around the earth, and they own gravitational pull would eventually squish them back together.
