How was SM Madara stronger than Edo Madara?

i think i found the difference in madara between his edo version and his living version.
when he was an edo, since his life was never in danger at any point, he took his time, lounged around (like against gai), didn't use his trump cards a second time simply because he didn't feel like it. in other words, madara knew he couldn't really be beaten and that made him lazy.
now that hes living, his life is in actual danger and he has to work and be active to avoid that.
in the end, that difference is simply psychological due to madara's personality.

What you said is true, except the last part, while that may be true, there is more to it, like i explained earlier, he didn't have SM nor did he have a full powered Rinnegan, that's the reason he was more powerful than earlier.

''Infinite Chakra'' is taken out of context. In the manga terms, the Chakra of an Edo Tensei regenerates at a high acceleration. Not that it is actually by definition infinite. Other than that, Edo Madara had a fake body and fake Rinnegan, which none could bring out his full power compared to his living counterpart. And as the scan posted above, his mentality for battle rendered his potential low. SM Madara possess more most of his living Chakra, Hagoromo's Chakra and a real Rinnegan to benefit its full power.

His Edo Body restricted his full power.
His real life body didn't need Edo regeneration because SM regeneration is equivalent, if not greater, to an extent.
All his abilities are heavily amplified by Senjutsu.
Madara without Senjutsu could fight for 24 hours, with Senjutsu he can probably fight for much longer. Edo Chakra isn't required.
One eye was more than enough when coupled with the SM's enhancement and the SM's CQC capabilities.
He could utilise Hashirama's Senpo attacks in SM, making him even more lethal.

No, he wasn't, he was putting his rods in Hashirama when he was in edo so that he could restrain Hashirama once he was Revived.

Edo doesn't give you infinite Chakra. You still have the same amount of Chakra while Edo. It's just that Edo Chakra replenishes once it's all depleted and you don't die once it's used up.[SUB]

You can post as many scans as you want that doesn't change the fact that there chakra is not unlimited.Of course you can make more clones....WHEN the chakra you use REGENERATES

Madara's real body was doing nothing, Hashirama's real body was maintaining the Barrier and kicking Juubi's sorry ass. That's the difference here.
He didn't have infinite chakra like that, dead bodies can't make chakra so Edo's being able to allow them to replenish chakra like living ninjas so they don't just run out and never can get more. Chakra is made from a living body's physical and spiritual energies which isn't found in dead bodies. Minato had his chakra absorbed and couldn't fight for awhile until his chakra started to replenish so it's not instant replenish either. Alive Madara has his full chakra reserve, stamina, durability, strength, speed, ect... Plus Senjutsu to further augment those stats.
