How was Sai able to give info on Danzo in ep. 48?

In episode 48 Sai explained all of Danzo's plans to Team Kakashi, even with his CurseMark. I was just curious if anyone knew as to how? or if just plothole..?..

He was supposed to tell orochimaru the info so the curse mark probably didn't effect him cause how can he tell orochimaru danzou's plan

His tongue mark only works on info ABOUT Danzo, like who he is, not what his plans are, IIRC.

If not, then it's filler.

I guess it wasn't the kind of info that Danzo was paranoid about? Maybe the cursed seal would activate if they tried talking about more... private matters :snick:

He was ordered to give Orochimaru that information by Danzo so it did not affect him.
