The 6paths jin would've been enough to take the SA because he wouldn't have played coy with them an got the job done alot sooner then he did.. (If we're being tactical)

He got as far as he did with one technique alone (Kamui, not even at it's peak), (Duel MS) so I'd like to think that he would've at lease been able to cripple the SA not defeat them without summoning or resurrecting Madara..

He was banking on the White Zetsu's transformation abilities to deal the most damage, and they did. Edo's other than Madara were elite fodder, and Madara screwed things up more than he helped. If Naruto hadn't conveniently gained the ability to discern White Zetsus from Normals, which would have been entirely useless in every other situation, he would have won with the stealth tactics.

Why would Sasuke be fighting Naruto still?

Cuz he was still going after leaf village, Sasuke asked Obito to give him EMS for the sole purpose of defeating Naruto (Events after danzo fight). The only one who changed Sasuke's mind was Itachi, So no itachi means Sasuke fights Naruto.
