how was naruto raised

ok we all know naruto lived own his own at the age 7 but wat about when he was baby or toddler did kurama help him or wa he raised by another family
i have a few ideas who in a poll

i say sarutobi but hinata family could have tooken him in secretly until he was 3 then they kicked him out lol thats very evil

he lived in his own house, but sarotobi gave him money and punished him when he got in trouble, ninjas have no eletricity or water bills only expence is food and clothes.....which i have yet to see him change regurly
