How was Madara able to kidnapped Rin???

I just saw the new episode and Madara says that the Kirigakure ninja kidnapping Rin and making her a Jinchiriki was part of his plan.
How did he do that? I mean Madara was pretty old and cpuld barely move then how did he made contact with the ninjas of Kirigakurs for his plan?
Did they knew it was Madara?
