Ah, Black Zetsu is her will to be revived/live and the Juubi is her will to reclaim the chakra that both Hagoromo and Hamura inherited. It's safe to say that she hooked up to the Shinju or something to created the Juubi as it "Wasn't just the Shinju", and she was sealing in the Shinju? So after Madara absorbed her will to regain all chakra (The Juubi) and gained lots of chakra, and absorbed her sealed self (In the Shinju), her will to live/be revived (Black Zetsu) betrayed Madara and kind of merged with her will to regain chakra (the Juubi) and sealed self (inside the Shinju) which freed her seal and she regained her full power. Or something retarded along those lines.. Lol

In recent chapter we later found out that kaguya was part of the 10 tails, so when Madara had formed most of the 10 tails we later started to hear kaguya.

That along with BZ who is the will of kaguya, and the huge amount of chakra that was formed during the IT.
BZ was able to bring kaguya back.

It seem also that BZ is apart of kaguya,so the same stuff that he is made of is most likely the same kaguya is made up of also.

She is the 10 tails, so basically she is gedou mazou since its the body of the 10tails.
so Basically when the sage sealed the 10 tails using the yin and yang power, he was sealing his mother also, the sage was unaware of this thou.

How did she become part of the 10 tails ? My guess would be eating the chakra fruit.

Kaguya IS the god tree, and Madara absorbed the God tree. So I guess she took over his body.

My guess is because he was able to complete her chakra, similar to how Indra + Ashura chakra = Hagoromo spirit appearing out of Madara. So Madara was just a portion of Kaguya, add the Chakra of everyone trapped in IT, which was all originally hers to begin with, you have Kaguya being revived with help from black zetsu.

Indra + Ashura = Hagoromo

Hagoromo + Juubi/God Tree + Chakra from everyone trapped in IT = Kaguya.
